Justin Page is a dedicated cellist and certified strength and conditioning coach, blending the worlds of music and fitness to help performers and athletes reach their highest potential. With a deep passion for both the art of music and the science of movement, Justin brings a unique perspective to training, focusing on strength, mobility, and injury prevention for musicians and active individuals alike.

As a cellist, Justin understands the physical demands of long practice hours and the importance of body awareness, endurance, and resilience.
